What’s in a Name
Before Glass Full was even a glimmer in my mind's eye, I had this tiny clipping.
I can't even remember where it was from, but I remember cutting it out with intention. It's been with me through 5 moves in the past 6 years. It's lived on dressers, bulletin boards, and even did a brief stint tucked away in the back of a journal.
When I was naming this business in 2018, this clipping came to mind right away. There was no hemming and hawing, just a deep knowing. Giving something a name imbues power, it breathes life and meaning into a dream. It incites momentum.
As my guy and I settle into our new place, I put this tiny reminder right on my desk where I'll see it everyday. For me, living with integrity means making sure I'm practicing what I preach. For that reason, Glass Full only works when I'm doing the work, too.
It is in every way, an ever-evolving entity that grows as I do. The offerings will change, the content will shift, but it will always be an authentic mirror of my own lived experience as I navigate what well-being looks and feels like throughout life's tides.
